Abstract

he reason for recording the same poem or poems in the divan of two poets is usually either the mistake of the scribes or the transcription of one poet from the other. There are examples of these two in the court of Khatun.
There are 21 quatrains shared with Saadi in the World Court that have nothing to do with the issue of consequences or theft, and the intervention of the owner of the manuscript of his 763 Paris and the negligence of the editors of the World Print Court have been the cause of this confusion.
On the other hand, Jahanmalek Khatoon is an imitating poet, and just as Anwari, Saadi, Khajoo, Salman Savoji, Hafez, Jalal Azd, and others used verses and verses in their poetry - they generally mentioned his name, which is the main condition of guarantee. - He mentioned that he was also very interested in Khosrow Dehlavi's poems. As can be seen from his followings of Khosrow, imitation of this poet is evident in the poems of the world. But in addition to following, imitating and accepting Khosrow's poetry, which can be seen in many of the world's poems, 15 lyric poems by Khosrow can also be seen in the collection of Jahan-ol-Molk poems, which are suspected of plagiarism and transcription of these poems.

Abstract

The reason for recording the same poem or poems in the divan of two poets is usually either the mistake of the scribes or the transcription of one poet from the other. Instances of these two are found in the divan of the Jahan-Malek Khatun. There are 21 common quatrains with Sa’adi in the divan of the Jahan that has nothing to do with imitations or plagiarisms, and the intervention of the manuscript owner no. 763 Paris and the negligence of the editors of the printed divan of the Jahan have been the cause of this confounding of poems.

On the other hand, Jahan-malek Khatoon is an imitator poet, and just as Anwari, Saadi, Khajoo, Salman Savaji, Hafez, Jalal Azod, and others, hemistiches and verses in their poetry - they generally mentioned his name, which is the main condition of guarantee. - He indicated that he also had a lot in common with the poems of Khosrow Dehlavi. According to Khosrow, his imitation of this poet is evident in the poems of the Jahan; But in addition to, imitating and parody of Khosrow's poetry, which can be seen in many of the world's poems, 15 lyric poems by Khosrow can also be seen in the collection of Jahan-Malek poems, which are suspected of plagiarism and transcription of these poems.

Materials and Methods

In this essay, new poems and verses of Jahan (more than 110 poems in sonnets and quatrains) that were not based on the manuscript of the editors and were not registered in the printed manuscript of his divan, will be introduced.

21 quatrains were registered in the printed divan of Jahan-malek Khatoon, which can also be seen in the divan of Sa’adi - his fellow citizen-. It is clear from the cardiology evidence that their attribution to Sa’adi is definite. The quatrains are found in Sa’adi's old Divans; including the manuscript dated 734 the Chester Beatty Library which contains all the quatrains; the second quatrain is also seen in the manuscript dated 721 the Majles Library.

In such cases, when we encounter the same registration of a poem or poems in the divan of two poets, there are two possibilities:

1. The mistake of the scribes who willingly or unwillingly mention the poem of a poet into the divan of another poet.

2. Plagiarizing and transcribing a poet from another poet

These quatrains are not originally found in manuscript no. 763 of Paris, which was the manuscript (handwritten) of Jahan-Malek Khatun's divan editors; However, one of the inelegant owners of this manuscript added 22 quatrains of Saadi in the blanks of this exquisite manuscript, and the poems of the Jahan (below "Val"). And the editors, without noticing the stark distinction of two different lines during the writing of the poems, have published the desired quatrains (except the quatrain: مجنون اگر احتمال لیلی نکند...) in the Jahan’s divan. But two hypotheses can be proposed as the reason of the joint poems of Khosrow and others:

1. Interference and fraud of scribes

Two factors such as the large number of poems and interest and request of Sultan Baysanghor in compiling Khosrow's divan, are the reasons for the involvement of books in Khosrow Dehlavi's poems.

2. Plagiarizing Khosrow's poems

The deliberate (intentionally) error of the scribes is not the only cause of the same poems in the divan of Khosrow and other poets, but also some of the poems in the copy of his divan have been plagiarized by other poets.

Conclusion

One of the evidences that should be considered in the discussion of the similarity of Khosrow and others' poems is the influence and imitation of Khosrow's poetry by other poets; in these cases, the plagiarized poet is familiar with Khosrow's poetry and uses Khosrow's poetry in various ways. Therefore, the scribes do not interfere and the similar poems can be studied in the subject of plagiarism.
